The Gravity Forms – Sticky List plugin was closed on May 2, 2019 and is no longer available for download from wordpress.org.

If you have arrived at this page looking for a demo of my “Gravity Forms Sticky List, Multi-page support” solution then please accept my apologies.

The Sticky List plugin was removed from the WordPress plugin repository on the 2nd of May 2019. The reason for the removal of this plugin is unknown and whether it is a permanent or temporary removal is also not clear.

The plugin author does not seem to have addressed a number of support requests on wordpress.org regarding issues with the plugin when installed on sites running WordPress version 5.0 onwards. He has also, at the time of writing, made no comment as to the removal of his plugin from the repository.

For this reason I have chosen to remove this plugin from my website, which unfortunately also means removing my demos.
